My friend and I visited Bali on the 1st October till the 11th. Sure there were a couple minor hiccups with the room reservation, however, Adi (I'm sure that was his name) did his best to accommodate us. Through his professionalism and willingness to assist he managed to get us a Deluxe room with pool access. The room was beautiful and clean. I did notice though the power points in the hotel room do not cater for the Australian power connections. I brought my own, but they are readily available to buy. On several occasions they forgot to leave coffee in the room. They kept leaving cream. Once again, once I bought it to their attention, they couldn't be more happy to assist. The service was great! The location was excellent and in the heart of everything. I definitely recommend this hotel and planning to visit once again in January 2018. My son has never traveled overseas and can only take so many days off work. Anyway, I have convinced him to visit Bali :-) I highly recommend
